Sometimes, I swap a snack for a smoothie packed with longevity-boosting ingredients. 🍽️ Dinner (5-6 PM): Lean protein, colorful veggies, and healthy fats—the essentials for staying strong and thriving long-term. 🚶‍♂️ Daily Movement & Exercise: Strength training at the gym, multiple walks with my dog (who may or may not steal the show), and staying active throughout the day.
