ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop online training modules and curriculum in partnership with content experts using adult learning methodology; work closely with faculty and students to identify opportunities for multimedia and video components; develop course descriptions and related course-specific marketing documents; contribute to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions; evaluates and improves the effectiveness of on-line training and development with faculty and students; work closely with information technology on changes as it relates to technology and perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Business with a concentration in Computer Information System, Management Information System, r Education Technology, Instructional Technology or related field; proficient use of computers and learning management software; a least three years solid experience in functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training development and design; experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content; must have excellent written and verbal skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong foundation in systems and applications principles, experience working with Blackboard and Canvas Learning Systems and Banner knowledge of web accessibility issues
