A minor in Music can be acquired in the areas of Instrumental, Vocal, and Keyboard. A student must complete a minimum of 18 semester hours of study beyond Music Appreciation to include applied music, music theory, ensemble, and piano. A student must earn a grade of “C” or higher in each course. A student can substitute other courses in the music curriculum to accommodate his/her major and interests with the approval of art advisors.
