B.B. King Studio
Levan is multi-Instrumentalist playing flute, harmonica, guitar, dobro, slide guitar, Hammond and piano. Levan Lortkipanidze was born in Tbilisi, Georgia. After graduation of Tbilisi Conservatory, he came to Nashville, TN on a recording contract with Mcfarland Brothers. Together with delta blues legend David Lee Durham three years in the raw, Levan has been playing as an opening act for the B.B. King during his homecoming festival in Indianola Mississippi. In 2006 Levan was featured as Blues flutist and Hammond Organ player on David Lee Durham's album Struggling and Straining recorded in B.B. King Studio. In June of the same year, Levan was featured as a Blues artist on (Flute and Keyboard and Harmonica) in a documentary movie about B.B. King and iconic Club Ebony filmed by Robert Magee "Night in Club Ebony".
