The Office of Research & Publications (ORP) is the centerpiece of the Delta Research & Cultural Institute. It's objectives are to collect and store pertinent demographic, socio-economic, criminal justice, education, health care, business, and labor force data for the Delta counties singly and as a composite, and make this data accessible to all interested parties.
