Computer Science Minor (Requirements)

A minor in Computer Science may be obtained by completing the following courses:

  • CS 112 - Survey of Computer Science
     
  • CS 203 - Computer Programming I
     
  • CS 231 - Visual Basic Programming or CS 221 - Java Programming
     
  • CS 371 - Operating Systems
     
  • MA 299 - Calculus I with Mathematica

And three (3) additional hours selected from the following:

  • CS 321 - Computer Architecture
     
  • CS 425 - Software Engineering
     
  • CS 441 - Language and Compilers

A total of eighteen (18) hours is required for a minor in Computer Science.
