ADA Policy Statement
Mississippi Valley State University is committed to full compliance with The American with Disability Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation ACT of 1973 which prohibit discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities. Under the ADA amendment, a person has a disability if he or she has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of life's major activity. Inquiries about ADA/504 compliances should be directed to the Services for Students with Disabilities Office or the Office of Human Resource for staff/faculty requests.
