The following incidents were reported to the University Police Department.

July 2014

Case 1407001, July 2, 2014, Unversity Police ws dispatched to the maintenance shop where an employee was injured.

Case 1407002,  July 2, 2014, University Police received a report that a wallet was stolen from the Rec Center.

Case 1407003, July 9, 2014, University Police received a report that a student's wallet was stolen from the Math and Science building.

Case 1407004, July 9, 2014, University Police was dispatched to the William Sutton Building where a vehicle was damaged while parked.

Case 1407005, July 10, 2014, University Police was dispatched to the Student Union to investigate an altercation at the bookstore.

Case 1407006, July 14, 2014, University Police was dispatched to New Men's dorm where items was missing out of a room. 

Case 1407007, July 20, 2014, University Police was dispatched to James Hall in reference to a theft. The resident reported three pairs of gym shoes taken from his room. The resident was not sure if his door was locked. There were no sign of forced entry.

Case 1407008, July 15, 2014, University Police took a report from a faculty memeber who stated he was trying to recover a laptop; which he loaned to a staff member; who has exited the University.  

Case 1407009, July 15, 2014, University Police responded to a fire alarm at the William Sutton Building. A facilities management worker extingushed a garbage can fire. The building was evacuated. Itta Bena Fire Department responded and assisted with the clearing of the smoke.

Case 1407010, July 16, 2014, A report was taken from a faculty member who stated that she stepped in a hole and hurt her knee. The hole was near the Academic Skills Parlor.

Case 1407011, July 17, 2014, University Police was dispatched to the Student Union Parking Lot in reference to an altercation between two students.

Case 1407012, July 1, 2014, A report was taken from a student who stated that she had received harassing text messages from her aunt's ex-boyfriend.

Case 1407013, July 19,2014, University Police took a report from a student at James Hall in reference to a theft. The resident stated that he left the room and returned and discovered that his door was open and a laptop, bookbag and $115 were taken.

Case 1407014, July 14, 2014, A student reported that he observed someone running out of the building and seen a black car leaving the parking lot. He later learned that some items had been taken from tha dorm.

Case 1407015, July 17, 2014, University Police were dispatched to New Women Dormitory in reference to a possible suicide. The student boyfriend had called in for the police to check on the female student. The student was contacted and appeared to stable. The dorm director kept check on the student.

Case 1407016, July 22, 2014, University Police were dispatched to New Women Dormitory in reference to a student having a gun in the room. The gun was conficated and the student was taken for questioning.

Case,1407017, July 23, 2014, A student arrived at the police department and reported that she had been assaulted by a girl with a pad lock. 

Case 1407018, July 23, 2014, University Police were dispatched to Ratcliff Hall in reference to an Auto Burglary. A radar detector was taken from the vehicle.
