Student Identification Cards
Permanent identification (I.D.) cards are issued to students matriculating at the University and to faculty and staff. This card is the student's official University identification and must be in his/her possession at all times. The I.D. card is validated each semester. It is the property of the University and must be surrendered upon semester. It is becomes void upon withdrawal and must be returned to the Office of Student Records (located in the W. W. Sutton Administration Building). Loss of an I.D. card should be reported promptly to the University Police and the Office of Fiscal Affairs, so that a new card may be prepared. A fee of $10 is charged for the replacement of an I.D. card.
