Job Description:

 

Reporting to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the University’s enrollment management efforts while working collaboratively with senior administrators, student leaders, faculty, and staff to create a campus environment that contributes positively to the overall academic experience and commitment to a student learner-centered philosophy; Essential job functions include contributing to a data-driven team approach to enrollment management; implements a broad range strategic plan that integrates marketing with enrollment and retention goals for the university; makes effective use of existing technologies, including electronic print and social media development and implements a comprehensive set of initiatives focused on attracting students and meeting enrollment goals; reviews communication strategies to ensure efficient, effective, and seamless flow of information to prospective and enrolled students; designs and implements a comprehensive data structure that includes enrollment forecasting, goals and trend analysis; designs, develops, and implements a comprehensive recruitment, retention, and admissions plan.

 

Qualifications Desired:

A Master’s degree or Ph.D/Ed.D in higher education, enrollment management or related field including at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience applicable to the required responsibilities of this job plus 5 years of supervisory experience; must be knowledgeable of best practices in the administration of student life and skilled in fiscal management, supervision and strategic planning; must possess a genuine interest in working with all students, including those of a diverse and multicultural community; proficiency with the Banner Information System; must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
