Job Description:

Provide assistance in strategic academic planning; curriculum review; management of teaching loads; securing resources for the colleges; and planning, review and assessment of programs and program outcomes for accreditation; develop required institutional reporting and serve as liaison to the accrediting body; produce annual Fact Book and effective summary reports to assist leadership in decision-making; collaborate with colleagues to ensure data integrity, collection, and warehousing      

Qualifications Required :

Ph.D. with emphasis in research, interpretation of data in social behavioral science with a minimum of three years supervisory level experience; knowledge of academic program development and review; knowledge of SACS core requirement; demonstrated expertise and qualifications in social science, statistics, educational research or related field; advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and experience with predictive modeling and other statistical analysis highly preferred; strong background in research methods and statistics (SPSS or SAS); experience with Banner/SunGard systems preferred
