Job Description:
| Assist head coach in all aspects of coaching a nationally competitive Division I Men and Women Cross Country and Track and Field program; assist in recruiting student-athletes on international, national and regional level; adhere to Mississippi Valley State University, SWAC and NCAA rules and regulations; work within the framework of the athletic department and coaches; communicate with students, faculty, staff, and alumni; collaborate with head coach in developing and implementing individualized and team training schedules

Qualifications Required: | Successful background in coaching at collegiate level; experience coaching track and field events; excellent communication skills; must have passed NCAA recruiting examination within four months of hire
