Job Description:

Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and mopping; will be responsible for washing interior glass doors and windows, cleaning bathroom facilities, picking up litter and emptying trash bins; cleaning and preparing custodial equipment for next day’s work; cleaning dormitory rooms and showers as assigned; performing minor repairs

Qualifications Required :

Some custodial experience is preferred; must be knowledgeable of various cleaning methods; must be able to read cleaning labels and instructions for cleaning solutions; must be able to climb and work on stools, stairs and elevated platforms with training and safety equipment; must be able to follow basic work instructions and complete required forms and paperwork on noted conditions in buildings such as leaky faucets and other related conditions
