Job Description:

The Director of Financial is responsible for supervising office staff. Provides leadership and professional development opportunities for staff members; oversees departmental policies and practices in support of service excellence for students and families throughout the enrollment cycle; responsible for completion of all federal, state and institution annual reports; ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding the distribution of all financial aid including: institutional scholarship and grant programs, federal grants and need-based loans, federal and institutional work study, and all supplemental loan programs; provides emphasis on implementing online services; actively participates in the planning process and the development of enrollment strategies to meet institutional objectives; ensures that all institutional, federal and state funding sources are utilized within budget parameters; provides counsel and advice to parents, students, and educators regarding higher education financing, participates in federal, state, regional and local organization workshops, conferences, and activities related to financial aid; and other duties as assigned by the President or Vice President for Business Administration.

Qualifications Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with two years of business related experience.  Must have knowledge of Title IV funding.
