ITTA BENA (Oct. 2) — The Mississippi Valley State women soccer team improved to 2-0 in conference play after taking down Alabama State, 2-0.
Josee Primeau scored both of the Devilettes' goals with one coming from an Hailey Beekman assist. Shelby Willocks had four saves for Valley and MVSU (2-5-1, 2-0 SWAC) out-shot Alabama State 13-6.
