Mississippi Valley State forward Khristina Clemons has been named the SWAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week by College Sports Madness after averaging 13.5 points and four rebounds in victories over Alabama A&M and Alcorn State.
The junior from Little Elm, Texas scored 15 points and pulled down six rebounds in a 69-67 win over Alabama A&M on Jan. 9. She then put up 12 points in a 66-58 rout of Alcorn State on Saturday, Jan. 14.
