Conway, Ark. ---The Mississippi Valley State Devilettes Volleyball team picked up their first win of the season in a, 3-2, victory over the Lady Tigers of Jackson State in the University of Central Arkansas Tournament.

After going 0-2 on day one of the tournament the Devilettes Chelsey White recorded 44 assists, 6 digs and a service ace as she paced the team into the win column.   Kantessa Bryant turned in 15 kills, four digs and four servers’ aces; while Maura Moed added 14 kills and four digs.

The Devilettes will return to tournament action this evening when the face the Ladies of Centenary College.
